One of the most critical tasks to be completed when arriving on the scene of any fire is a 360˚ Size Up.  This is a total quick assessment of people, risk, and liabilities in order to protect life and promote safety. 

This assessment is how we also approach many areas in our lives and our careers.  We always start with PEOPLE as the priority.
